Practical Life

Doll washing is one of the various Practical Life activities that Primary 2 students enjoy.  This work helps the student to develop concentration, coordination and independence while absorbed in a constructive activity.  Some other similar works include washing the window and scooping from one bowl to another.

Writing

Primary students are in a “sensitive period” for writing.  In the Primary 2 class there are different ways the students practice writing letters and numbers.  This process begins with tracing the Metal Insets and using fingers to trace Sandpaper Letters or numbers.  Students may also trace the number or letter on a sand tray, then move on to writing the letter on the
chalkboard.

Happy Mother's Day

The Primary 2 students celebrate their mothers everyday and they spent special moments preparing surprises for the moms of the Primary 2 class.
