The Lower Elementary North students worked diligently to complete their map projects by the end of the school year! They spent time choosing what continent information to include on their maps, such as flags, languages, animals, biomes and places of interest.
The first year Lower Elementary North students continued their study of vertebrates by learning about amphibians. They learned about many characteristics that differentiate amphibians from other types of animals.
The Lower Elementary North students learned about plant and animal cells. They used a microscope to look at different types of cells and then made a model of a cell using various foods!
