The Toddler 1 students enjoyed learning how to use chopsticks as a new transferring activity on the Practical Life shelf.  Use of this material encourages concentration, persistence, manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.  While “regular" chopsticks may be a bit too daunting for small hands to figure out, child-sized or practice chopsticks are a great tool to to ensure success and independence in this exercise of daily living.
