The Toddler 2 students have a passion for puzzles!  A unique aspect of the Montessori classroom is how it is often the students’ interests, rather than the teacher’s plans, that drive learning and exploration for the children.  A single student’s interest can spark others to try the same activity, and seeing their friends succeed at challenging tasks often motivates others to persist through their own difficulties.  This year, one older Toddler’s fondness for puzzles has inspired her classmates to attempt and complete quite challenging materials, such as 24-piece jigsaws.
