This Practical Life activity teaches the Toddler 2 students how to thread a nut onto a large bolt, which is attached to a wooden block for stability.  In addition to requiring great dexterity, patience and fine-motor coordination, this work introduces children to a skill that they can use in real life.  Basic proficiency with simple tools allows children to participate in building activities, both at home and at school, that can be challenging, rewarding and useful experiences for them.
